May 15, 2009 -- Worried about your energy bill, but unsure of what to do? This year’s annual Energy Conservation Week kicks off May 17 and continues through to May 23, 2009. Throughout the week, Ontario residents and businesses will be conserving energy, saving money, and reducing their environmental impact.

Join Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro and Waterloo North Hydro in spreading the word and promoting a culture of conservation by pledging your support and learning about energy conservation ideas that can be implemented in your home, school, and office. These local events will not only inform you of how to reduce your energy expenses, but also show you how to be an environmentally-friendly consumer.
