Our Operations Control Centre is staffed twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. In the event of an electricity related emergency or a power outage please call (519) 886-5090.
In the case of a significant outage, our call center staff is updated with any pertinent information describing the nature and anticipated duration of a problem as soon as such information is available.
If it is after normal working hours your call goes directly to our Control Centre and you may experience a busy signal due to the volume of calls and limited staff. Your calls will be answered just as soon as we’re able to bring additional on-call staff into the office.
