The date to read the meter (the last day you are responsible for the hydro used).
Your forwarding address.
If you are moving into the service area of another electric utility,
you will likely be asked to pay a Security Deposit with your new utility.
It may be possible to have the deposit waived based on a good payment history with Waterloo North Hydro Inc.
