1. All Residential and small Commercial/Industrial customers of Waterloo North Hydro Inc. are eligible to participate in the Pre-authorized Monthly Equal Payment Plan.
2. Please contact our Customer Care Group at (519) 885-6840 to set your equal payment amount. The amount will be based on your average billing for the last twelve-month period, so for that reason the Equal Payment Plan is ideally suited for customers with at least twelve months of history with Waterloo North Hydro.
3. Your meter(s) will be read every two months and you will only receive a statement every two months showing your actual consumption and charges. The equal payment amount however, will be withdrawn from your account monthly on your regular due date.
4. Your account will be reviewed at least twice per year to ensure that your monthly equal payment amount remains reasonable. You will be advised on your regular bill if the amount has been re-assessed and any amount owed or credit amount due will automatically be rolled into the new equal payment amount.
5. To participate in the Pre-Authorized Monthly Equal Payment Plan through your financial institution chequing account, we require a sample cheque marked ‘void’ and a completed Pre-Authorized Equal Payment Plan Application Form. It’s as easy as clicking the link above, printing and completing the form, and mailing or faxing it to us. Please be sure to include the ‘void’ cheque.
