Effective November 1, 2004 the format of your bill changed.
The primary objectives of the new bill presentation were make the format clearer, easier to understand, allow you to track your electricity use and to standardize the format for all electric utilities across the province. To that end the Government of Ontario has worked with many utilities to come up with a new simplified bill format designed to serve you better.
It is the Government of Ontario's hope that not only will you be able to understand your bills more easily, but by using the tools provided, you will be able to reduce your costs by conserving energy.
