Customer Satisfaction Survey


Please note the 2018 Customer Satisfaction Survey has been completed. Thank you for your participation. If you receive a phone call claiming to be conducting a survey for Waterloo North Hydro, please disregard and hang up. Notify us at 1-886-5090 if you receive one of these calls. 

From September 17 until November 3, 2018, Waterloo North Hydro will be conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey with residential and commercial customers.  The phone survey is being carried out on behalf of Waterloo North Hydro by UtilityPULSE and should take no longer than 15 minutes.

Waterloo North Hydro is a Local Distribution Company regulated by the Ontario Energy Board (OEB).   Part of the OEB's responsibility is to reinforce an environment in which Ontario electricity distributors continue to provide dependable delivery of electricity to all Ontario customers.  Waterloo North Hydro is mandated by the OEB to assess and report customer satisfaction results from the Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
