Earlier this year, we reached out to you for input as we prepared our plan Five-year Business plan for the years 2021-2025. This plan outlines the investments that WNH will make during this period to maintain and upgrade the distribution system. This plan also forms the basis for our rate application to the Ontario Energy Board, which will be filed in 2020 for rates effective in 2021.We have updated our plan to reflect your comments and better meet your needs. 

As we move towards finalizing our plan, we once again would like you to let us know what you think. 

We are conducting an online survey to capture your thoughts on our updated Five-Year Plan. The information we collect through the survey will be used to inform updates to our plan and help us review how we are meeting the needs of our customers. The survey should only take 12-15 minutes to complete.

If you complete the online survey and provide your contact information, you will be entered into a draw for one of six VISA gift cards worth $250 each. Winners will be drawn at random and will be notified by December 8, 2019.

Please be assured that your individual responses are confidential and only aggregate or overall results will be reported. Brickworks Communications, an independent research company, has been hired by WNH and will collect the data on behalf of WNH and produce a summary report.
